Dhahran Techno Valley Company (DTVC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), runs a 20+ year-old science park and deep-tech venture ecosystem in Dhahran with a $150M venture fund, targeting 160 deep-tech startups by 2027 through programs like the Deep-Tech Ventures Program, working closely with KFUPM researchers, graduates, and national champions like Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
