The E3 Accelerator, run by E3 Ventures, is a 4-month hybrid 'gateway' program (1 month of online pre-acceleration followed by 3 months on-site in Riyadh) for pre-seed to seed-stage AI, fintech, and insurtech startups entering the Saudi market, offering SAR 126,000 in cash support, direct introductions to Tier-1 local corporates and government entities, and hands-on legal/regulatory guidance, culminating in a Demo Day.
