About the enabler
Launched in September 2016 as the UAE's first aviation-focused incubator, Intelak is led by the Emirates Group alongside partners including Dubai Economy & Tourism, Microsoft, Accenture, and Amadeus (originally also GE), based at Dtec in Dubai; its programs include a 12-week equity-free incubator (AED 50,000 per team) and an 8-week accelerator for scaling startups addressing aviation, travel, and tourism challenges.
