Launched in 2018 by Womena, a Dubai-based angel investment and media platform for women, Womentum is billed as the first female-led tech accelerator in MENA - a 4-month experience-based program with in-person bootcamps in hubs like Berlin, Dubai, and Cairo, run in partnership with Standard Chartered's Women in Tech initiative, awarding top graduates up to $30,000-60,000 in equity-free funding.
