2026 People & Culture Retreat Registration Welcome to the Second Edition of the People and Culture Retreat, where we bring People and Culture professionals together to connect beyond roles through a curated experience that engages the mind, emotions, and body, building deeper and more meaningful relationships among peers in the industry. The retreat will take place from the 18th to the 20th of June in Ras Sudr.
This experience is designed with love and intention for a community that has the power to impact so many homes through the meaningful work each attendee is leading.
Who will attend?
The retreat brings together approved and invited People & Culture professionals to ensure rich and diverse learning circles. Beyond the expert-led sessions, attendees will also exchange valuable market practices and real experiences with one another. We will reserve all of Matarma Bay to accommodate the delegates and create an environment that encourages meaningful learning and connection.
How is the experience designed? We want each participant to become part of an authentic and inspiring network of professionals coming together to connect on a deeper level. The retreat is designed as a space for genuine conversations in a fun and comfortable environment for both introverts and extroverts alike.
