Co-foundner of WeekOne

About the founder

I’m a tech + social entrepreneur. I care about teams, work, and everything in between.

At WeekOne, we are reimagining how organizations onboard their employees. Our AI-powered platform is designed to make onboarding seamless, engaging, and impactful from day one. By collaborating with pilot users across multiple regions and receiving support from Founder Institute and ESMT Berlin, we’re building a future where every employee starts their journey equipped for success.

Before WeekOne, I spent over a decade in the tech industry, working in roles that shaped my approach to leadership and problem-solving. As an Engineering Manager at Camunda and LINUS Digital Finance, I led teams through the complexities of scaling SaaS products, balancing innovation with stability, and fostering growth within global engineering operations.

Entrepreneurship has always been close to my heart. I founded projects like MorsiMeter, a platform to promote political accountability in Egypt post 2011, and Zabatak, a crowdsourced tool to combat crime and corruption. These efforts were recognized with awards like UN and the World Summit Youth Award moments that validated the power of technology to drive social change.

I’ve had the privilege of sharing my experiences at events like TEDxMünster, ArabNet and the Personal Democracy Forum, connecting with others who are passionate about innovation and community impact.
