About the founder
I didn’t start my career in food ingredients thinking about titles or positioning. I started by learning the realities of export work; product quality, buyer expectations, logistics, documentation, and the responsibility that comes with supplying international markets.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked hands-on in B2B export sales across spices, seeds, and herbs, building relationships between producers and global buyers and learning what makes an export business reliable, not just competitive. That experience shaped how I work today as a Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer.
My role sits at the intersection of market development and operational readiness. I’ve led export sales activities, opened new markets, negotiated long-term supply agreements, and built commercial processes that can actually be sustained. At the same time, I’ve been deeply involved in food safety systems, quality management, auditing, and social compliance; because no export growth is real unless the operation can support it.
I believe trust is earned through consistency: consistent quality, clear communication, and systems that hold up under scrutiny. That belief guides how I work with growers, suppliers, internal teams, and international clients alike.
I lead with a founder mindset; practical, relationship-driven, and long-term focused. My goal isn’t fast expansion, but building food ingredient businesses that are credible, compliant, and respected in global markets.
