Basem Walid
Founder of Baseet | Building an AI-powered platform for university students
About the founder
I'm the founder and builder of Baseet, an AI-powered platform for university students in Egypt. Starting with engineering education, I'm building tools that turn lecture materials and past exams into clearer explanations and structured practice. Baseet combines course-grounded AI support, quizzes, exam preparation, and academic planning with support for practical student projects. Our roadmap extends to communities for each major, a university-supplies marketplace with third-party vendors, university collaborations, and corporate partnerships for exclusive internship opportunities.
