I bridge the gap between "Corporate Efficiency" and "Human Potential."\r\n\r\nWith 20+ years of experience managing large-scale workforce development programs for international donors (USAID, EU, ILO), I have spent my career solving the "skills gap" in Egypt. I know how to build capacity, manage complex budgets, and design technical training programs that get people employed.\r\n\r\nRecently, I identified a massive, untapped segment of the workforce: the Neurodivergent community.
