Earlier on, Karim founded Orion360, a technology company, that now has global operations with over 100 employees. Karim still has equity and a board seat. Before venturing in entrepreneurship, Karim held various IT leadership roles at Procter and Gamble between 1995 and 2010\r\nKarim earned a BSc in Engineering from AUC in 1992
