Dr. Mai Nossair Amer is a CEO of AgriFood Serv company, Biotics startup and Researcher of Chemistry of Natural and Microbial Products at the National Research Centre (NRC), Egypt, with over 15 years of scientific expertise in microbiology, biotechnology, and functional probiotics. Holding a BSc in Biotechnology, an MSc in Prophylactic and Therapeutic Probiotics, and a PhD focused on anticancer bioactive compounds from probiotics.
