Mohamed Nabil Diab is a lawyer and legal counsel with over 18 years of professional experience in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, contracts, investment law, and the oil and gas sector, with extensive expertise in dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, he has gained substantial experience in providing legal advisory services to corporations, managing commercial and legal disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment projects.
He is also the Founder of **Wakeely (Wakeely.net)**, a legal technology platform dedicated to transforming the legal services market by facilitating access to specialized lawyers for individuals and businesses, while creating new opportunities for legal professionals to expand their practices through innovative digital solutions.
Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University and a Diploma in International Business Law from Ain Shams University. He has also completed a specialized program in Contract Law at Harvard University.
