He specializes in organizational development and strategy execution, transforming organizational culture, values, change readiness, and execution risks into measurable decision intelligence. His doctoral research examines the role of balanced organizational values in achieving strategic objectives. Through ODHOUSE, he is building an AI-enabled Organizational Intelligence Platform that helps leaders diagnose organizational DNA, identify critical execution gaps, and prioritize evidence-based interventions that improve transformation outcomes and sustainable performance.
