About the founder

With over 20 years of experience, he has served organizations across Egypt, the GCC, the wider Middle East, and Africa, gaining broad exposure to diverse labor markets, business environments, organizational cultures, and workforce challenges.
His overall experience spans human resources strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, job evaluation and profiling, policies and compliance, leadership d evelopment, HR consulting, business transformation, and HR technology implementation. He has also led and supported enterprise HR technology projects involving platforms such as Oracle HRMS and TALEO, while developing performance-management solutions that improved employee performance ratings by approximately 30%. His work combines strategic advisory expertise with practical implementation, enabling companies to establish stronger HR foundations and align their people practices with their growth objectives.
