About the founder
Hello, I’m Rawan Seif, currently leading Strategic Communications & Outreach at Startup’s Gate, where I focus on strengthening brand presence, building impactful partnerships, and expanding our entrepreneurial community. My work centers on developing communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, and creating opportunities that enrich the startup ecosystem.
Previously, as a Partnerships Executive at eyouth, I managed collaborations across the MENA region with Ministries, NGOs, and International Organizations, designing tailored projects that advanced youth empowerment and social impact. This experience deepened my expertise in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector project development.
Alongside my professional path, I have been deeply committed to volunteering. For more than 10 years, I’ve contributed to Resala, actively participating in community-driven and social impact initiatives. I also volunteered in managing large-scale events such as the Startup Without Borders Summit 2023, RiseUp Summit 2023, and Egypt Career Summit, which allowed me to gain valuable exposure to the entrepreneurial and youth development ecosystem while building strong networks.
My journey continues to be fueled by a passion for public relations, event representation, and business development, along with a constant drive to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful initiatives across the region.
