Tamer Nozha is the Business Owner, Founder, and CEO of Volttera, a clean-technology and engineering solutions company focused on accelerating the transition to green energy, BESS, EV-Chargers, electrification, and zero-emission infrastructure across global markets. An ex-Tesla professional, Tamer brings over 15 years of international experience across the automotive, energy, construction, battery manufacturing, and medical devices sectors. During his time at Tesla, he held leadership roles in Product Excellence and Quality Control and supported large-scale, high-growth operations, developing a deep understanding of world-class manufacturing, safety systems, and operational excellence.
Tamer has led business development and strategic growth initiatives for a Dutch engineering clean tech company across Europe, the United States, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa, working closely with OEMs, government entities, utilities, and institutional partners. My expertise lies at the intersection of technology, regulation, and market execution, enabling complex clean-energy and industrial projects to move from concept to deployment.
In addition to his industry leadership, Tamer is a BEFUTURE Mentor under the European Union, supporting innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in emerging and ODA-eligible markets. He is widely recognized for his ability to bridge cultural, technical, and operational gaps, fostering trusted international partnerships and scalable business models. Through Volttera, Tamer is committed to technology transfer, local manufacturing, and green job creation, empowering communities and industries to build resilient, low-carbon futures.
