About the mentor
Engy Radwan is a restaurant consultant, educator, and hospitality professional with over 23 years of experience in the F&B industry. As the founder of Everything Restaurants (ER), she advises entrepreneurs, investors, and hospitality operators on developing, launching, and scaling successful food and beverage concepts through strategic planning, operational excellence, and sustainable growth practices. Engy serves as a Part-Time Instructor at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business at The American University in Cairo (AUC), where she teaches the Restaurant Business Management course she designed and developed. Since its launch in November 2025, the program has successfully completed two rounds and graduated more than 50 participants, equipping aspiring restaurant owners and industry professionals with practical business knowledge and real-world industry insights. Driven by a passion for giving back to the industry and elevating hospitality standards, Engy is launching Deyafa Academy in Fall 2026. The academy is dedicated to developing hospitality talent and advancing service excellence through industry-focused education, professional training, and workforce development initiatives.
