"I am the Founder and CEO of Ebn Elbalad, a logistics and delivery enterprise based in Luxor, Egypt. My journey began in 2017 as a solo delivery professional, which gave me deep, hands-on insight into the local market. In 2020, I officially established Ebn Elbalad to professionalize and scale these operations.
Today, I lead a strong, integrated team that includes customer service, data entry, and operations management, supported by a fleet of nearly 30 couriers covering the entire Luxor governorate from our dedicated headquarters. Two months ago, we launched our mobile application, integrating restaurants, markets, and pharmacies. This strategic shift from phone and WhatsApp-based orders to an automated digital platform is designed to streamline our operations and pave the way for our planned expansion into other governorates."
