I help leaders and organizations navigate transformation under pressure.
I am an independent Executive & Organizational Transformation Advisor with 23+ years as a practitioner: software engineer first, then delivery lead, then advisor to executive teams. I have worked across 12 countries and 11 sectors with organizations including stc, Vodafone, Orange, Arab Bank, Dell Technologies, Fawry, and SLB.
Where I am most useful to a startup:
Speed to market. Most teams do not have a motivation problem; they have a system problem: unclear priorities, work in progress that never closes, and handoffs nobody owns. I diagnose the delivery system and rebuild the rhythm so shipping becomes predictable.
Founder and leadership performance. Scaling exposes the gap between running a team of five and leading a company of fifty. I coach founders and first-time executives on decision-making under uncertainty, conflict, feedback, and stakeholder pressure. My coaching combines an ICF-accredited method, Hogan psychometrics, Positive Intelligence, and John Mattone's Intelligent Leadership.
Engineering and product capability. I am the first Arabic speaker recognized by Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Developer Educator, and I am accredited by ICAgile, Kanban University, Scrum Alliance, DASA, and SAFe. I build engineering discipline that survives growth.
I work from two proprietary frameworks: Resolve9 for conflict and MELI for leadership assessment. My method rests on David Kolb's experiential learning cycle and a diagnose-design-deploy-reinforce loop. I hold a Computer Science degree from Helwan University and am completing a Master's in Human Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University.
I am most interested in startups scaling beyond their first structure, where delivery, hiring, and leadership are all straining at once.
