About the mentor
I teach and support companies, organizations and individuals in building & practicing healthier more healing, care and justice centered cultures around accountability and conflict, where conflicts are navigated skillfully and accountability means responsibility, honest communication, care, and repair, not punishment, passive aggression or avoidance.
Most teams have no shared agreements or clear practices or guidance for how to navigate disagreement, tension, conflict or harm when it happens. I help organizations build those from the ground up through training programs, facilitated processes, conflict and accountability policies, protocols, and SOPs grounded in restorative accountability frameworks that center responsibility, corrective action, and repair.
I have nine years of experience in program & policy design and facilitation across humanitarian, development, and civil society organizations in Egypt and the SWANA region. I hold a Master's degree in Peace and Justice Studies (Fulbright Scholar), a BSc in Political Science, and certifications in Conflict Transformation, Resolution and Mediation, Interdisciplinary Trauma Resilience, and Restorative (Justice) Approaches. I am also a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker.
In short, I can help your startup with conflict transformation skills training, restorative accountability culture development, conflict and accountability policy and protocol design, facilitated team repair processes, and SOP development for navigating disagreement, conflict and harm.
