Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — you can cancel at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier so you never lose your profile or data.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is available forever with no credit card required, so you can explore the platform before committing. For Pro and Investor plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, contact us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Do you offer a startup or early-stage discount?
Yes. Early-stage startups (pre-seed or seed) that apply through an approved accelerator partner may qualify for up to 50% off Pro for the first 12 months. Annual billing also saves 20% compared to monthly. Reach out to our team with your startup details and we'll see what we can do.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the new features are available immediately — we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep full access until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For Investor-tier customers, we can also arrange bank transfer or invoice billing — contact your account manager to set this up.
Can I get an invoice for my payments?
Yes. A PDF invoice is automatically emailed to you after every successful payment and is also available to download at any time from your billing settings. If you need invoices with specific details (company name, VAT number, purchase order), you can update your billing information in your account settings before your next renewal.
