Our platform assigns a persistent “virtual ID” to each item and tracks it across stations without barcodes or RFID, streaming events and KPIs to a cloud dashboard and into MES/ERP. This gives factories instant genealogy, faster root-cause analysis, and clearer throughput/bottleneck insights.\r\n\r\nMission: help manufacturers boost throughput, cut energy waste, and reduce errors with non-contact, universally deployable traceability.\r\n\r\nWhat makes us unique\r\n\r\nProcess & product agnostic: works where labels/RFID fail (heat, dust, moisture, small/complex parts).\r\n\r\nEdge + cloud by design: low-latency on-prem vision with a secure cloud interface.\r\n\r\nFast to pilot: 3–5 cameras, minimal retrofit, measurable KPIs in weeks.\r\n\r\nPractical today, scalable tomorrow: cloud interface live; single-camera tracking validated; next milestone is multi-camera handoff (re-ID) co-developed with pilot partners.\r\n\r\nWe’re starting in metals/foundry/heavy machinery and expanding to other precision and regulated sectors.
