FRDOS AI

AI voice agents. Built around real business problems.

About the startup

FRDOS builds AI voice agents designed around specific business problems.

We help B2B companies automate customer conversations and defined business workflows through natural voice interactions. Each agent is configured around the company’s knowledge, services, business rules, customer journey, APIs, and escalation requirements.

Depending on the use case, a FRDOS voice agent can answer calls, understand customer intent, provide business-specific information, collect and qualify customer requests, manage appointments, retrieve information from connected systems, trigger approved actions, and transfer cases to human employees when needed.

FRDOS has completed a real production deployment for Equidentum, a Saudi mobile equine dentistry business. The supported workflow includes customer inquiries, service information, appointment scheduling and changes, Arabic and simple English interactions, human escalation, and business-system integrations.

The deployment operates within a real commercial environment involving more than 300 horse owners and 260 registered horses. Equidentum has generated more than SAR 9,000 without paid advertising. This figure represents Equidentum’s business revenue, not FRDOS revenue.

FRDOS is currently bootstrapped and focused on turning its working technology and validated deployment into a repeatable B2B AI voice-agent platform, initially serving Egypt and Saudi Arabia before expanding into wider regional and international markets.
