We solve the core pains between homebuyers, landowners, and contractors—high costs, delays, and zero transparency—by managing the full journey on one platform: matching buyers to land, running competitive contractor bids, tracking construction, and supporting financing. This delivers up to 30% savings versus buying pre-built units.\r\n\r\nSince 2022, we’ve delivered 23 projects for 291 customers with EGP 265M in total sales volume. Our revenues come from land-sale commissions, construction management & supervision fees, and supplier subscriptions.\r\n
