Kaimen
Kaimen is one subscription, multiple access to all fitness facilities in Egypt
About the startup
Most companies want to offer their employees a wellness benefit, but end up with one of two bad options: a gym membership that only the already-fit 10% ever use, or nothing at all because building a real wellness program in-house is too much work.
Kaimen fixes this with one subscription that unlocks 150+ gyms, studios, pools, and spas across Egypt. Employers buy credits once a year, employees get their full balance up front, and everyone spends it on whatever fits them — weights, yoga, swimming, MMA, horse riding. No one is stuck with one location or one type of workout they don't actually want.
For HR teams, it replaces a benefit no one tracks with one they can actually measure: real adoption numbers, real engagement data, and a lower cost than replacing the employees who leave because nothing was offered to them in the first place.
We're building toward a future where wellness isn't a checkbox in an offer letter—it's something companies can point to and say, "Our people actually use this," backed by numbers, not good intentions.
