About the startup
Kuadra is a domain-first AI company building modular, tech-enabled solutions for underserved, heavy-asset industries—starting with construction in Egypt and the wider MENA region.\r\n\r\nWe help contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers move from spreadsheet-driven, manual workflows to structured, automated operations. Kuadra’s approach combines (1) ready-made SaaS products, (2) customized AI workflow solutions, and (3) practical training and enablement—so companies can adopt AI without needing large internal tech teams.\r\n\r\nOur first product focus is construction procurement and tendering (BidMaster): turning BOQs, specifications, schedules, and supplier quotations into structured data, generating accurate RFQs, accelerating bid comparisons, and improving completeness and compliance through multi-layer checking logic. This directly reduces time wasted on document handling, minimizes missed technical requirements, and improves pricing accuracy and decision traceability.\r\n\r\nAs we scale, Kuadra expands into additional operational pain points such as project cost tracking, document control/claims readiness, and on-site safety and quality workflows—building an “AI operating layer” that connects documents, decisions, and execution. After establishing traction in construction, we extend the same domain-based model into oil & gas and logistics with industry-specific modules, following a clear roadmap: Egypt first, then GCC.
