(1) Fund Automation: AI that runs investment funds end-to-end, automating strategy, scoring, risk and portfolio decisions so funds and asset managers can offer AI-managed products without building a quant team — under Egypt's FRA robo-advisor framework. (2) Investor Advice: verified, explainable trade advice for retail customers, delivered inside their licensed broker, with a calibrated probability and a written rationale on every call. Global vendors ignore the Egyptian Exchange and local tools are unverified consumer apps, so funds and brokers have no production-grade AI to build on. Cortex fills that gap with 50+ proprietary market-structure detectors and a multi-model AI pipeline, backed by a tamper-proof public track record. In H1 2026 Cortex live-tracked 9,345 EGX100 trades (66.7% position-trading win rate, +32.5% return; 49.8% day-trading win rate).
