ShareFood is a mobile application that connects food lovers with talented home chefs, offering a fast, affordable, and healthy alternative to commercial fast food. With the slogan “A Kitchen in Your Pocket,” ShareFood allows users to browse and order freshly made homemade meals directly from local chefs through an intuitive and user-friendly app.\r\n\r\nOur mission is twofold:\r\nTo improve eating habits by giving customers access to nutritious, authentic, and homemade meals.\r\nTo create meaningful income opportunities for home-based cooks and freelance delivery drivers, empowering them as micro-entrepreneurs.\r\n\r\nWhat makes ShareFood unique is the way it blends health, community, and technology:\r\nCustomers benefit from real food made with care, not mass-produced fast food.\r\nHome chefs gain flexible income, recognition, and the tools to manage their own small culinary businesses.\r\nLocal drivers are empowered with flexible job opportunities.\r\nThe platform goes beyond food ordering by enabling custom meal requests, direct chef–customer communication, tipping, ratings, reviews, and role-switching between customer, chef, and driver—all in one ecosystem.\r\n\r\nShareFood operates on a commission-based model, with additional revenue streams through delivery fees, featured chef placements, and future subscription features. Currently in the pre-launch phase, with an anticipated launch in October 2025, ShareFood is building a growing presence on social media and aims to become the leading homemade food delivery platform in Egypt—redefining how people eat, earn, and connect, one homemade meal at a time.
