About the startup
Brands selling online in Egypt and the Gulf run their operations across too many places at once. Orders come from a storefront, from Instagram DMs, from WhatsApp Or Facebook Page. Stock lives in a spreadsheet. Customer history lives in whoever happens to remember it. There is no single place where the order, the customer, the conversation and the inventory all meet.. so orders get missed, stock numbers drift, and the team spends its day copying information between tabs.
Sijilak is one system for all of it: orders, customers, inventory across warehouses and branches, purchase orders, stock counts, shipping, accounting and reports.. plus a unified inbox that pulls WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram into one place, linked to the order and the customer who sent it.
It works the same whether a brand takes payment up front or on delivery. Cash on delivery is common in this region and most global tools treat it as an afterthought, so we built order confirmation in as a proper step in the flow rather than a workaround for the brands that need it.
Cafes and restaurants get their own system: a full POS with shifts, kitchen display, menu, recipe level ingredients, per branch inventory and cashier reports.
Store integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, YouCan, EasyOrders, ExpandCart, Wuilt and Zammit. Shipping: OTO, Aramex and more couriers will be added.
