Wujha for Integrated Business Solutions
Arabic-first real estate ERP — one unit record from lead to resident
About the startup
Wujha develops WorkSYS, an Arabic-first ERP/CRM that lets Arab real estate developers run the entire property lifecycle in one system.
The problem: developers run the unit lifecycle across disconnected tools — a CRM for sales, spreadsheets for instalments, another system for handover, and nothing at all for the community after delivery. Data breaks between stages, and teams lose their days waiting, preparing and chasing between departments.
Our approach: one unit record that flows from lead to reservation, contract, instalments, handover, customer service and community operations — around 60 modules on a single unified data model, Arabic-first, with a configurable field architecture that fits every developer without forking the code. Each client runs a fully isolated instance with its own server and database.
Traction (bootstrapped since 2012, zero external funding): 15 paying developers, ~90% retention, 10,000+ units under management, 270+ active users, and more than $3.2B of contracted sales value managed through the system.
What is next: we are now layering AI agents on top of WorkSYS — a digital workforce of specialised agents for collections, sales, contracts, customer service and community, each with a strict permission gate and a human approval queue. The first agent ships this quarter, built on real client data. In parallel we are converting our licence clients to SaaS subscriptions and preparing entry into Saudi Arabia.
