About the startup
Our startup is Zeds, a next-generation ride-hailing platform based in Egypt. We’re building more than just a transportation app — we focus on safety, comfort, and driver empowerment. Zeds introduces unique features like live in-ride audio/video streaming, AI-driven driver behavior monitoring, women-only ride mode, and entertainment integrations.\r\n\r\nOn the driver side, we’re scaling fast with tens of thousands of active captains, supported by guarantee and bonus programs, flexible payments, and fuel/maintenance partnerships. On the rider side, we’re aiming to deliver a safer, more personalized, and engaging mobility experience, with growth projections reaching millions of users in the coming years.
